Is It Perilous For The Baby To Have Pus Cells And Bacteria Present On Urinalysis During Pregnancy?

Hello Mam, My name is Savitha, I am four months pregnant now, I got my Urine analysis done today and the report says my Pus cells are 6-8 HPF, Epithelial cells are 4-5 HPF, and few bacteria present in the urine. Mucous threads present (+) . Need your valuable suggestion .
