Hi, As your symptoms persist for more than two months so, it is possible that at the onset it was a case of pneumonia which now progress to pleurisy. Pneumonia because you have started with cold and cough of yellow mucus but now you are complaining of chest pain on coughing, deep breathing and also on movement. So you should consult a physician for physical examination and further evaluation. Some tests should be done like Chest x ray PA view, Culture & sensitivity of bronchial swab, Lung function test, CT scan & Ultrasound of chest.
