Is it possible that fiber in the diet can remove heart plagues within the body??? this mean there s no surgical procedure involved

Only in the sense that if you're eating a healthy, high-fiber diet you're not eating Big Macs and fried Oreos. That's the main reason stuff like Cherios gets to say so all over their cereal boxes. But no, it won't remove existing plaque (not plague btw, that's completely different). There are a variety of non-surgical treatments available however.
