Hello, eosinophils are a type of cell that is associated with certain conditions when elevated. Allergic diseases can present with itchiness and a high eosinophil blood count. If you are experiencing breathing problems, you may have asthma or another lung problem. Unless you can not take an anti-histamine at night, this may relieve the itching. In addition, local application of 1% over the counter hydrocortisone may help until you see your doctor for this condition. Please check with your doctor to follow up.
