What Do High Eosinophil Count And Fever Indicate?

Hello, I am a young female with hashimotos, pcos, hidrenitis suppurativa, and high triglcerides. I was experiencing a headache for about 3 weeks and went to the er under the advise of my primary care physician. Over 3 weeks they could not give me a diagnosis but, that i have intractable migraines. I have a high eosinophil count and lymphocystes were high in blood and on a spinal tap. The did an mri with and without contrast which found nothing. my EFGR has been going from stage 4 renal failure, to stage 2, to normal range, back to stage 3 and then back to normal range. I am tired all the time and my whole body hurts. I have been running a low grade fever of 100 degrees for a week now and my kidneys have been hurting on both sides unless it is just my back. I have contributed some of my symptoms to my other disorders but, i am suspecting i have lupus but, am unsure what could cause my blood work and spinal fluid to come back the way it did. I am attending a new physician this week and would appreciate any input you can give me. Thank-you
