Is It Possible To Be Pregnant After Taking Plan B?

i took plan be about 12 hours after unprotected sex. My partner ejaculated inside me and I am experiencing bloating one month later. I did have discharge after plan b which was brown and then a few days later had a full on period. Could I still be pregnant
