I need to know if its possible to be pregnant and I am on my cycle as we speak but my breast have been sore for three straight months and I get cramps even through the month when I am not on my cycle and I can feel my uterus above my pelvic in the middle and its hard

There could be many other causes of these symptoms other than pregnancy.
You should do a pregnancy test & a pelvic ultrasound to sort out the actual cause of all these symptoms. Also check your prolactin levels if you are not having your periods.
