Is It Possible To Be Pregnant Inspite Of Pregnancy Test Being Negative?

I did nt get period n tested home pregnence kit after missing piriod on 7th day .n test ws negative.so doctor suggest me to take MEPRATE 10mg tablet twice a day fr 1 week. this couse is complete nw tablet is over n still I did nt get periods.is there any possibility to get pregnat

hi...
pregnancy test must positive in pregnancy..
repeat test...if negative no need of any treatment.
pregnancy test positive in URINE after 5 weeks
and positive in BLOOD after 3 weeks of LMP(last menstrual period)..
