helo sir........ i m 28 years old unmarried and i have undergone left ovarian cystectomy 6 years back, now i m suffering from slight retroverted bulky uterus,right ovarian cyst with multiple fibroids in anterior wall of uterus and slight prolapse. i am also having multiple fibrocystic breasts.i have regular periods with normal flow. am i fertile? what causing me to have these many problems?any treatment is there for me. can i conceive in future?
