I read your question and I understand you must be very concerned.
I must confess I am not sure I understood all the details of your history. From what I understand there are many things which don't fit and have to be cleared.
First I must tell you that having
epilepsy doesn't exclude
tuberculosis.
Epilepsy can have many causes such as
stroke,
tumor or infections like tuberculosis. So it could well be the case that you had tuberculosis which caused epilepsy.
You speak of receiving cures for tuberculosis for a month and were not cured, but you must know that cure for brain TB is continued for at least 9 months, it is a difficult infection to cure even when diagnosis is correct and if you really had TB interrupting the cure was a mistake.
You speak of
MRI diagnosing epilepsy, but MRI doesn't diagnose epilepsy, diagnosis of epilepsy is made by
seizure observation and EEG. MRI is done to search for a cause, so if there was any abnormal finding on MRI you should know what precisely it was (infection, stroke, tumor) because it's not epilepsy which is seen on MRI.
So without any data on how was TB or epilepsy diagnosed, nor any data on your signs and symptoms, it is impossible to give an opinion. You should either go back to your documentation or talk to your doctors to learn your exact diagnosis, if it is epilepsy what was the cause.
Feel free to come back again and ask more questions, but possibly with more info.
