Is It Possible To Contribute To Childbirth Without Testes?
hello doctor! i am 19 years old i had a undescended testes by birth which was operated and later removed due to hernia. recently my other testicle was removed due to tonsure. i waould like to know in future would i be able to have my own(biological)children and does the removal of tetstes reduce sex time(performance)...? please answer ... thank you...
Hi. Once both the testes are removed, you can not become a biological father. The sex time may or may not be influenced and you can always take testosterone supplements under the guidance of the Doctor if it is so required after the blood estimation.
HI. Thanks for your query. When both the testes are removed , now there is no sperm producing organ in your body. Hence you can not contribute to have your own - biological children. Removal of both testes may alter the sex time or performance as not enough testosterone is produced by the other organs of the body. I would advise you to see the Urologist, check the Testosterone levels and get supplements if required.
