Welcome at HCM
I have gone through your query and being your phyiscian i completely understand your health concerns.
for how long u are suffering from it? any other associated problem? like
diabetes or hypertension? any history of TB in past or exposure to TB? are u having fever? are u smoker? any family history of
asthma and other dust allergies? do u have got cough and sputum? any chest pain?
In my opinion, you really need to be look for whether it is acute
bronchitis or acute exacerbation of asthma? are u taking any treatment for asthma?
If i am your attending physIcian i will get your FBC chest
X RAY and PULMONARY FUNCTION TESTS, to look for the acute infection.
after then i will be able to offer you any treatment. can u give me the picture of chest Xray???
so meet PULMONOGIST for proper workup and do discuss regarding yearly pneumococal
vaccination.
meanwhile stay calm , continue with your medications and wear mask and use anti allergic medications, Quit
smoking if u are smoker and use
acetaminophen to relieve fever.
get well soon
Hope your query is adequately addressed if you still have any feel free to ask
Regards
Dr Saad Sultan
