Is It Possible To Gain Height After 18 In Women?

Hi I m an eighteen 18 year female.I was born 3 months premature.My dad is 5 9 and my mother is 4 11.I am 4 11 .5. I started my period at age 13 and 7months. I have recently grown .5 and inch this year but I was wondering if it s still possible for me to take HGH?

Hi,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
I understand your concern to grow taller than what you are now.
Usually, by 18 years, growth is complete in many. But in few people, growth takes place till 19 or 20 years.
Hence, you could be hopeful that you might grow little more than what you are. If it doesn't, don't have to be disappointed as 5 feet 1 inch is moderately good height.
There is not much use in taking HGH as growth of long bones would have already been completed by now. Have healthy food and Hope for the best. Good luck.
