Is It Possible To Get Pregnant With Pre-ejaculatory Fluid?

Hi, I wanted to know can I get pregnant with Pre-cum? There are no symtoms of being pregnant my due date for periods are near but this brownish spotting started I use to have it before too but for just a while before my periods but now it s been almost 3 days I m spotting and periods are yet not started I want to know is there a chance I m pregnant and if yes what s the safe a most effective way to terminated at home it as I don t want to get pregnant and I don t want a surgical abortion.. Will be greatfull if you answer my question and help me.. Thanks

Hi,

Yes, pre-ejaculatory fluid contains sufficient number of active sperms to fertilize the egg and thus pregnancy can occur. Based on the given history you seem to have early pregnancy which can be confirmed by home pregnancy test. It is not safe to terminate pregnancy without consulting a gynecologist because of the risk of severe bleeding, infection, abdominal pain and incomplete abortion. So, to be on safer side consult a gynecologist.
