Hi,
Of course, pre-cum fluid contains no sperm, as it is produced by Cowper's glands, where as sperms are produced in testes. These two are produced by two separate organs of body. Hence, pre-cum, itself is not able to result in
pregnancy, as it is not having any sperm.
Still, there is no non-zero possibility, in this. The chances of pregnancy may be there, as both the ducts carrying pre-cum fluid and semen enter the same route, that is
urethra. Hence some chances of mixing the semen with pre-cum may be there in urethra resulting in pregnancy. As you are having
irregular periods, hence, a home pregnancy test is the only way to rule out the pregnancy.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
