You had mentioned that you had sex with an unknown girl. Had you vaginal intercourse, then you had risk for STD/HIV. If there was no penetration, just by touching her genitals and then again handling your own genitals, then it carries negligible risk only. Nothing to worry. Organism causing STD/HIV are highly fragile, not viable outside the body and body fluids for not more than few seconds and such type of casual contact is rarest possibility.
