hai sir, ihave 25 years old, i have only one testicles one is missing but that one is inside the abdomin but size is very small i check my sperm count level in 2 years back 72 million .can i make a pregency in my wife iam un married but my marrege after 2 months please give a advice

Hi, in my opinion in most cases, more than enough hormones and sperm are produced in one healthy testicle for both a healthy sex life and the ability to fertilize eggs. So I really don't think that you should have any problem with your married sex life
