Is It Possible To Have Acquired Hepatitis Even After Having Vaccinations?

Hello. I was tested for anti-HBsag and they said that my antibodies were non-reactive. But i had my complete series of hepa B vaccine around 8-9 years ago. Also,2 years ago,i had my blood result: AST-36, ALT-63 and GTP-70. Is it possible for me to have acquired hepatitis?thanks

Hi friend, you have taken hepatitis b vaccine as per schedule; therefore, no need to worry about the acquired infection of hepatitis b. Other variants of hepatitis such as a, c, e may occur. Vaccine for a and b variants are available.
