Tests Done To Detect Hepatitis. What Does Report Mean?

Need help understanding the Test resutls. Do I or do I not have any type of HEPATITS? HEPATITIS B SURFACE ANTIGEN W/REFL CONFIRM HEPATITIS B SURFACE ANTIGEN reads as: Non-Reactive My blood work titled HEPATITIS A AB, TOTAL reads as REACTIVE HEPATITIS C ANTIBODY reads as NON-REACTIVE SIGNAL TO CUT-OFF HEPATITIS B SURFACE ANTIBODY (QUANT) 5 Note reads: Patient does not have immunity to hepatitis B virus . WHAT DOES ALL THIS MEAN??
