Is It Possible To Have An Eye Operation Being Taken The Medications For Haemorrhagic Stroke And What Could The Cause For Bleeding In The Gums?

My dad is suffering from brain haemorragic stroke and now he has cataract problem in his eye. Is it possible to have an eye operation at this time??? merely two months now he is taking medicines for his storke. pl guide me sir. and one more doubt sir , now he has bleeding in his teeth, is there any other reason other than gum problem ?????
