Is It Possible To Have Anxiety Or Panic Attacks While Sleeping?

Can you have anxiety when you are sleeping? Or panic attacks? I wake up heart pounding having to catch my breath and just nervousness. If it happens once that night for sure it will Happen again that night. Not every night though. Usually once a week.
