Is It Possible To Have Anxiety Or Panic Attacks While Sleeping?
Can you have anxiety when you are sleeping? Or panic attacks? I wake up heart pounding having to catch my breath and just nervousness. If it happens once that night for sure it will Happen again that night. Not every night though. Usually once a week.
I went through your details. I suggest you not to worry much. Yes. You can have anxiety and panic attacks during sleep but the symptoms cannot be seen then. They can be seen only when you wake up. (Of course, you cannot sleep).
Anxiety disturbs the sleep rhythm and triggers panic attack. This happens because you are already anxious while going to sleep. To be more precise, you are restless while going to sleep. Understand your restlessness and anxiety, that is the cure. A psychologist / psychotherapist can help you. Visit http://psychocure.webs.com/
