Is It Possible To Have Collapse Of Lung Again Post Treatment?

Hi, I am a 45 year old healthy female. Ten years ago I had Thoracotomy-Bullae resection-pleuradesis of both of my lungs. My surgeon told me that it is Polycystic lung anamoly. Had small and large bullae on entire lung. It took me 6 months to get used to my breathing and to get back to normal activities. My question is, is it possible to have collapse of lung again?
