How is it possible that a woman can have gallstones in her vaginal walls? I am a coder & I have a very unusual chart to code where the patient had dyspareunia & the doctor found vaginal cysts. When he went to excise them he stated in the OP report that they were gallstones from a previous cholecystectomy. He removed 17 stones. The Path report states that they were stones but does not specifically say they were gallstones.
