Is It Possible To Increase The Ejection Fraction After A Massive Heart Attack?

My husband age 47 had massive heart attack on 10 Jan 2016 undergone PTCA with stent to lad. He is diabetic . Heart is weak with EF 35./. Hb 11. In sept he had been given Lasix 40 mg inj. For 3 days. His medications are Zytanix2.5 mg, Clopilet A(75/75) , Rozavel 20 mg, Dytor 10 mg, cardiovascular 3.125 mg, Gliclapack -60. He is a postal assistant going for job. He doesn t get sleep early at night. He had mild pericardial effusion in September . Is there any chance of getting the EF increase
