Is It Possible To Increase The Height After 19 Years Of Age?

Hello, i just turned 19 12 mai I want to know my chances on getting a noticeable height increase Im 175 Mother 174 Dad 188 Brother 190 rest of my male family is around 185-190 females around 170 mark Im the shortest in my family I was sick a month when i was a kid. My height stopped a little but started again. Ive been small all my life dident like food either. But now i eat healty and more then enough im lifting weights so im in a surplus, i was pretty late in puberty and i barly have any body hair. By reading this? Do you think im one of the few that will get a growth spurt after 19? Im norwegian btw :)

I appreciate your concern for your height.

After having gone through your problems in your query I am of the opinion that since you are already 19 years of age, the chances of getting an increase in the height are minimal because at puberty (14-15 yrs in boys) are minimal because of the fact that the growing ends of long bone are fused so further growth is less.

The growth at puberty depends upon various hormones like growth hormones, androgens like testosterone, thyroid hormones, etc. Deficiency of these hormones during puberty causes slow growth and hence the height does not grow faster.
