hi, i've done semen test and the report is sperm count is normal but head and tail damage is 100%. My question 'May i be a Father?' and 'Is it possible to got pregnant my wife by me in normal intercourse?'

dear only sperm count is not sufficient to be a father
sperm morphology is also imp
in sperm morphology motility of sperm is the main factor
head and tail also imp
thing that have u mentioned is somewhat critical
but cant say sure ab this
as per my opinion u should go for repeat semen analysis
and consult gynecologist and take review from him
there are various methods in which sperm preservation modifications possible
artificial methods like IVF is also useful
don give up
