The exercises you have chosen to reduce your weight are good except skipping as it increases the load on your knee joints and cause early wear and tear or
osteoarthritis. So it's better to avoid skipping. Instead you can do cycling and brisk walk everyday for 45 mins at least 5 days a week.
The following tips help in weight reduction:
1) Follow a 1000kcal / day diet
2) Eat more fiber containing fruits and vegetables
3) Avoid sweets, cool drinks, packaged food and tinned foods
4) Take whole grains instead of polished and processed ones
