Hi, i am a 22 years old with 183 cm high and 95 kg weight as a mucular body. I suffered when i was kid an acute haemolytic disorder due to g6pd deficiency and my blood index for previous 4 year was g6pd : 0 Could i take whey protein as a supplementary in my workout or it is harm For my case ?
It would be best, despite your previous good report, not to use the whey supplement with the history of G6pd because of the risk of interaction. You may want to consider consulting with a nutritionist for advice regarding a diet that would be specifically for you.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
