Hello,

I would recommend some changes to your therapy: reduce lacoset and switch to carbamazepine and clobazam. Reduce gradually eptioner until stopping it. You should know that polytherapy may lead to adverse effects because of potential pharmacological interactions. A new neurosurgery consult is necessary, because surgery may reduce the seizure frequency. You should discuss with your doctor on the above tests.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ilir Sharka, Cardiologist
