high blood pressure may cause dizziness as the low blood pressure causes. So there are many reasons. Cirrhosis of liver causes altered mental status due to ammonia and nitrogenous bye products of
metabolism accumulation and its effects on brain. But only
fatty liver itself not usually cause dizziness.
Consult a Gynaecologist for liver issues and a Cardiologist for your cardiac and blood pressure issues.
Tachycardia sometimes is due to underlying cardiac disease.
