Is It Safe To Deworm A 11 Month Old Baby?

i have a 11 month old baby who has been crawling since 8 months and currently eating most adults food e.g. rice, egg, beans, amala, plantain etc. Is it safe to deworm her now or when is the appropriate time to deworm her and how often should this be done?

Pediatrician, Pulmonology 's  Response
Hi,

I highly suggest to do the examination of her stool for ova/parasites first, then, to decide for best de-worming therapy.

I advise to keep a good hygiene especially when preparing her foods and when changing her diapers.
