Is It Safe To Eat Food That Has Melted Plastic In It?
Hi, I accidentally heated up my to go box with food in it that also contained my plastic to go container of sour cream and heated up my food for 1 minute and thirty seconds before realized there was plastic in the microwave. Is it still okay to eat the food that was next to the melting plastic in the to go box?

Melted plastic is not safe and not good for health.
However, accidental intake once can be ignored.
But you should remember that plastic is not safe and it should not be used in microwave.
Instead glass utensils should be used in microwave.
Plastic taken in minute amounts can reach toxic levels in body.
