Hello,

Enterogermina oral syrup is a probiotic oral syrup. Contains Bacillus clausii strain. This is supposed to help maintain or restore the intestinal bacterial flora, which is usually disturbed during diarrhea and other intestinal infections. It is fairly often used in children for controlling diarrheal episodes. Seems to be fairly safe. However, it should be used under the guidance of a pediatrician.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
