Is It Safe To Give Paracetamol Along With Wikoryl Syrup For Cold And Cough?
My 5 years old daughter has cold and cough last 1 day and we consulted doctor he prescribed for wikoryl syrup 3.5ml dosage 3 times a day and also told if fever rises [till 100] then you can also give paracetamol 7ml dosage. My question is can we give paracetamol dosage over wikoryl syrup as both includes paracetamol ?

Yes you can, don't worry about this. Paracetamol is quite mild and should not cause any issues. Although if your daughter has a fever, there must be an infection and so without antibiotic coverage she may take more time to recover. But in children it is best to avoid antibiotics unless really required.
