Is It Safe To Give Zanocin For Fever And Vomiting In Children?
my child 61/2 yr. old was given by doctor diof ds 100 but fever still continuing for last 3 days with occasional vomiting 2 to 3 times a day with normal stool has changed the antibiotic thus giving zanocin100 liq.-using zanocin100 will any effect please

I really appreciate your concern, this could be viral infection and you will have to wait till the infection runs the course till then take care for fever and hydration antibiotic may not work if it is viral infection and it would be too early to administer this, better to get done the blood test to rule out the infection, no need to worry everything would be fine, take care.
