Is It Safe To Give Medicine For Abdominal Pain And Nausea?
my 4 1/2 year old daughter is suffering from abdominal pain and nausea for last 5 days. we consulted her doctor and he says she has gastritis...we give her colimex whenever she has pain..is it safe?...Also she is not ready to eat anything, not even liquids.....sapna

Colimex is an anti-spasmodic and anti- flatulence and may be helpful. Its totally safe. Consider addition of acid suppresant like Lansoprozole for gastritis.
Give him normal regular diet and avoid spicy /oily food.
