Is It Safe To Go To Sleep Post Treatment For Concussion?

I hit the top of my head at work earlier pretty hard and have pretty good size pump knot on it. I have a concussion before and went sleep right after and could not be woken up till the ambulance arrived and I woke up in it. Now I m scared to go to sleep. It s been over 6 hours is it safe to go to sleep?

As per my clinical experience, it is absolutely not problematic at this stage to go for sleep after having terrified with the previous episode of concussion after head injury.
