Is It Safe To Have Apple Cider Vinegar For External Hemorrhoids?

I have a external thrombosis hemorriod my dr. Said I need surgery but I m hesitant need best natural remedy for it looking at Apple cider vinegar also taking blackstrap molasses cause I was reading this might help . What do you suggest to shrink this hemorriod that does work with excellent results.

External hemorrhoids are caused when the hemorrhoids prolapse and cannot be reduced back into the anal canal.
Conservative treatment is not suited for external prolapsed hemorrhoids.
Surgical treatment is the definitive treatment for this condition.
Thus, I suggest you to consult a surgeon for clinical assessment and thus surgical excision of the external hemorrhoids.
