Is It Safe To Have Duphaston And Loprin During 5 Weeks Of Pregnancy?
Hi I m 5 weeks pregnant.. I got to know about my pregnancy at 3 weeks and consulted a doctor.. She gave me too many medicines. Duphaston thrice daily, loprin once daily( my blood pressure was normal), my fol one a day, envepe before meal twice daily, claxane inj 40mg thrice weekly (i get these inj in my tummy. Very painful) and presage iu inj also thrice a week.. I m really worried. How can a doctor give me soo many thing altogether without any tests.. I have a history of 2 miscarraiges.. But no specific reason of miscarraiges. Please advice!!
First of all, congratulations on your pregnancy. I see that you are 5 weeks pregnant now. I read all the medications that you have been put on. In my opinion, you need all the medications that you are on. They are all helpful to you keeping in mind the 2 miscarriages that you had. I agree with your doctor on putting you on these medicines.
Please do not worry; and please do take the medications as suggested. They will be cut down or tapered one by one as your pregnancy progresses. Go for regular monthly visits to your doctor. Have a healthy diet and do exercise regularly.
