Is It Safe To Have Topiramate In Conjunction With Fibromyalgia Celexa?
I have been prescribed topiramate to help prevent migraine, I have at least 20 a month. I also have fibromyalgia and have been prescribed celexa for depression which accompanies that syndrome and helps ease the pain. Is there and interaction between these two drugs I need to be wary of? Thank you.

It is not safe to take these medications together. If taken together it may result in increased effects like dizziness, drowsiness, impaired concentration and judgment. Ask your doctor for an alternate effective but a safer drug to prevent migraine or to make dose adjustment of either medications.
