Is It Safe To Have Cervix Removed Post Bilateral Oophorectomy?

I am scheduled to have a bilateral oophorectomy in 2 weeks due to a cystic mass on my right ovary and small cysts on my left ovary. Today my obgyn suggested that I should think about having my cervix removed also because if they should find an abnormality they would have to do a 2nd surgery. He is leaving it up to me. The mass on my ovary is suspicious in nature. Should I go ahead and have my cervix removed too? I am 60 years old and relatively healthy. Thank you
