Is It Safe To Have Light Vaginal Bleeding During Pregnancy?

hi doctor. this is my first pregnancy i am only 4.5 weeks and on monday the 18th of may i started to bleed but it was only light pink an wasn t thick just watery and i have had a lil cramps and it is now Wednesday 20th of may an i went to toilet this morning an had some more pink as i whipped is this normal? i have appointment today with my GP. and i don t know when menstraul cycle is thank uyou
