Is It Safe To Have Sex While Using Metronidazole Vaginal Gel?

I am on Metronidazole Vaginal gel and was told to use it nightly until all gone. I also have a UTI and have been prescribed CIPRO 2x daily. I am taking an over-the-counter probiotic to help as well. 1. Can I have sex during the course of treatment if we use a condom? 2. Is oral sex without penetration ok too? 3. How many days do I have to use the gel for if it s only once a day and it s a 70 g tube?
