Is It Safe To Masturbate When Suffering From Vaginal Infection?

Hi, I have been recently been put on progesterone pills to help me have a period. I had one but after i had a white disharge and was itchy. I have used vagisil for about five days now and my dr called me in an antibiotic for a yeast infection. Today has been the first full day of no itching. My quedtion is....would it hurt for me to masterbate or should i refrain until it has fully gone away?

better to avoid it for some time till infection is controlled. only progesterone will not induce period. it should be with estrogen and when stopped it should cause withdrawal bleeding. now that they have confirmed yeast infection it should be control by anti fungal medication
