Is It Safe To Play Badminton With A Mild L4-L5 And L5-S1 Disc Bulge Showing Minimal Thecal Sac Indentation And Normal Nerve Roots?

I have disc bulge. As per the MRI the impression is: L4-L5 & L5-S1 Mild diffuse annular disc bulge causing minimal indentation of anterior thecal sac. Both exiting and traversing nerve roots appear normal. Im a regular badminton player. Will it be safe to play badminton with this condition?
