Is It Safe To Reduce The Dose Of Omnacortil During Pregnancy?

My wife has a SLE , She is taking 10 mg Omnacortil daily since 1.5 years ,she is 7 month pregnent ,she is also taking Homeopathic Medicine for SLE ,recently scince last two months Homeopathic Dr. has reduced her omnacortil dose to 2.5 mg,What shoude we do? is it safe to reduce the dose for mother & baby ?

Hello, no sir she should continue the same dose unless some of his medicine has similar features of steroid drug so in my opinion donot mix both treatments and either use homeopathy or allopathy
