Is It Safe To Smoke Weed Despite Having Iron Deficiency Anemia?

I have iron defiency anemia and I would like to know if smoking weed can make me get worse.ive been smoking or 7 years and been taking meds for anemia for a month but still smoking I would like to know if it s Gona get it worse eventough I feel better

Yes of course if you are anemic then you can not smoke any more any narcotic because this would worsen the anemic condition and better to stop this, hope this information helps, take care.
