Is It Safe To Stay Overnight In A High Altitude Place While Having Pulmonary Hypertension?

Hello, My son has Pulmonary Hypertension (mild, he does not take any medications nor does he require oxygen). The only measure we take is that when we return from sea level (we live at 7800 ) we spend the night in Denver (5200 ). Our flight arrives in Denver early in the morning and I m wondering if we could spend the day in Denver and drive up in the evening or if we actually have to spend a full night there. Thanks

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, the pulmonary condition that is mentioned here and history of travel and stay may not take anything with each other but clinical symptoms would be matter of concern, hope this helps, take care and have a nice day.
I find this answer helpful
