General & Family Physician, Dr. Priyanka's Response
Hi,
It is generally safe to take Advil (ibuprofen) with Tramadol for pain relief. However, it is important to always consult with a healthcare professional before taking any new medications, especially if you have a history of medical conditions or are currently taking other medications. They can provide personalized advice based on your husband's health status and medication history. Additionally, they may be able to recommend alternative pain management options that are better suited to his needs.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Priyanka, General & Family Physician
