Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..
I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns...
As per your query
Flexon is a painkiller composition containing
Ibuprofen and
Paracetamol while
Bifilac contains good bacteria that is responsible for maintaining a proper count of good bacteria in the intestine that is responsible for proper digestion and absorption in intestines..
You must also be advised to take antibiotics as the antibiotics fight against infection and Bifilac is commonly given along with antibiotics as they kill the good bacteria also along with the harmful ones..
But as far as your query is concerned Bifilac does not play any role in reducing pain and only flexon does but taking bifilac will prevent
stomach upset due to medication..
I would like to give you an out of the way advise that if you have infection in tooth then taking painkiller will give only temporay relief..
If you are taking antibiotics along then it is fine but in case if you do not you should take a course of antibiotics too for reducing infection..
For permanent relief get an IOPAR [X RAY] of the infected tooth and in case if it can be saved get a
root canal treatment of the tooth done and in case if can't be saved extraction is a permanent treatment..
Hope this information helps..
Thanks and regards..
